Loose Fitting

oose fitting, as the name suggests, involves installing the mats without using any adhesive, sealant, or binding materials. This approach allows the mats to be laid directly on the stable floor, making the installation process quicker and simpler. Loose fitting also provides flexibility, as the mats can easily be lifted, repositioned, or replaced when needed, making cleaning and maintenance hassle-free.

Sealed Fitting

Our sealed fitting option provides a secure, watertight solution by sealing all mat edges together using either rubber melting glue or a flexible sealant. With this option, you have the choice between two sealing methods. The first option, rubber melting glue, creates a permanent bond between the mats, fully sealing them together and preventing any separation over time. This choice is ideal for those seeking a long-term solution where the mats won’t be moved, offering enhanced durability and preventing liquids, dirt, or debris from penetrating between mats.

Alternatively, the sealant option allows for a semi-permanent installation. While it securely seals the edges to prevent any gaps, it offers the flexibility to remove or adjust the mats as needed. If you decide to move the mats in the future, the sealant can be cut out without causing damage, allowing for easy removal and reinstallation. This option is perfect for those who want a secure fit but may need to reposition or replace mats over time. Both methods ensure a safe, seamless surface that is easy to clean and maintain, providing stability and protection in your equestrian facility.
